PinCam: GPS Map Photo Tag is designed to help you capture photos with useful location, map, date, time, address, weather, and other contextual information.

If you need help using PinCam or experience a technical issue, please contact our support team.

Common Help

Location or GPS is not showing

Please make sure Location Services are enabled on your device and that PinCam has permission to access your location.

You can manage this from:

iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → PinCam

For the best location results, make sure your device has a suitable GPS signal.


Camera is not working

Please make sure PinCam has permission to access the camera.

You can manage camera permission from:

iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → PinCam

If camera access is disabled, camera-related features may not work.


Photos cannot be selected or saved

Please check PinCam's Photos permission in iOS Settings.

You can manage photo access from:

iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → PinCam


Map or address information is unavailable

Map and address features may require an internet connection and access to location services. Availability and accuracy may also depend on third-party map and location services.


Weather information is unavailable

Weather information may require an internet connection and location access. Weather availability and accuracy may vary depending on the selected location and the third-party weather service.


Purchase or subscription issue

If you purchased a subscription or other in-app purchase and the premium features are not available, please use the Restore Purchases option in the App where available.

For App Store billing, payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.

If the issue continues, contact us with the purchase-related details available to you. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

App Permissions

PinCam may request permissions such as:

* Camera — to capture photos.

* Location — to add location and map information to photos and provide location-based features.

* Photos — to import, save, edit, export, or share photos.

* Tracking — where applicable and only with the required Apple permission.

You can change these permissions at any time through your iPhone Settings. Some features may not work when the related permission is disabled.

PinCam may use third-party services to provide features such as maps, address information, weather, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and in-app purchases.

These services may process information according to their respective privacy policies and applicable requirements.

Important Note About Photos

Photos created with PinCam may contain location, address, date, time, map, altitude, compass, weather, or other information selected by you.

Before sharing a photo publicly, please review the visible and embedded information to make sure you are comfortable sharing it.
